On Saturday, January 24, 2026, we gathered at the beautiful Jones on 9th Collective in Allentown, PA for an intimate and carefully curated experience designed to help women reset, reflect, and step into the year with intention. From the moment guests arrived, the room felt warm, welcoming, and full of possibility.
The day began with positive affirmation cards passed out to each attendee, created to spark conversation and connection. Strangers quickly found common ground, sharing reflections and smiles that set the tone for the rest of the experience.
This was not just an event. It was a pause. A reminder that investing in yourself can be both practical and creative, structured and soulful.
By the afternoon, the room buzzed with exchanged business cards, shared social handles, and conversations that were clearly not ready to end. The connections felt intentional and lasting. Community does not stop when an event ends. This gathering was the beginning of new relationships, collaborations, and continued support beyond the walls of the space.

A Financial Mindset Reset with Cortney Cruz
The heart of the day came alive during the financial mindset workshop led by Cortney Cruz, where learning extended far beyond numbers and budgets. As we moved through the R.I.C.H. Mindset framework, something special happened. Women began sharing pieces of their own stories.
Hearing real experiences spoken out loud created a space of understanding and encouragement. Conversations around money, often private or heavy with shame, were met with nods of recognition. As one person shared, another was inspired to reflect, reframe, or speak up.
Cortney guided each section with clarity and compassion. Attendees identified the beliefs and habits that shaped their relationship with money and received practical tools to move forward with confidence. This was not a lecture but a collective reset rooted in honesty and community. Growth does not happen alone.
By the end of the session, it was clear that financial wellness is as much about mindset as strategy, and when stories are shared, everyone leaves stronger.
Vision Boards with Intention
Next, we moved into a guided vision board experience designed to feel fun, engaging, and pressure-free. Attendees worked with stickers featuring inspiring images, words, and short phrases, selecting what resonated in the moment.
To encourage connection, every 15 minutes guests rotated seats, sitting with women they had not yet met. This created natural conversation, collaboration, and community building.
Laughter, quiet reflection, and moments of focus filled the room as boards came together. The result was a creative practice rooted in alignment. Intention-setting proved meaningful while remaining playful.
Anchoring Intentions Through Scent
One of the most loved parts of the day was the custom perfume roller experience, thoughtfully provided by Paisley and Company. Guests lingered, experimented, and genuinely enjoyed creating their own personalized scent. This became a sensory anchor, reminding them of the intentions set for the year ahead.
