RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us. You can count on us for helpful and reliable customer service. If there are any issues and concerns prior to your purchase, please do not hesitate to ask as we have a FINAL SALES policy.

Final Sales Policy:
All items are hand made in small batches, meaning when an item sells out there is no replenishment. Therefore, our FINAL SALES policy does not allow returns.

Worldwide shipping is unavailable at this time, though we hope to do so in the near future.

Damaged during Shipping:
All items are carefully inspected prior to and are packed for safe shipping. It is extremely rare for damage to occur en route but in the event of such an occurrence, please contact us at hello@jentlelandmark.com immediately and we will be most happy to assist!
